Workshop: Maya Minder, Fermentation and Bacteria

The starting point for the workshop is the Klöntal and its nature on site. With hand-picked herbs and chillies from around the world artist Maya Minder and TCM therapist Serena Gadaleta give an introduction into fermentation processes, bacteria and living cultures, the oldest preservation techniques for food.
