Behind the Scenes: Florian Germann, Saint Halo
Kunsthaus Glarus
13.00-16.00
In the course of his research for Klöntal Triennale, the artist came across alleged light and maria phenomena in and around the canton of Glarus, which became the starting point for his actions. Since the opening several abstract light phenomena have been observed above the lake of Klöntal. As the end point of the Klöntal Triennale, the artist reveals the secret behind his work and provides insight into his way of working, mystery moments of inspiration and the technical background of his endeavour. A demonstrational flight brings additional light into the darkness.
After a coffee break, Ursula Helg (Art Education, Kunsthaus Glarus) will offer a guided tour in the current collection exhibition and will look for further traces of light in works from the collection of Glarner Kunstverein.
